A brilliant golden amber rare Australian luxury brandy with natural colour, this extraordinary 20-year-old spirit opens with beautifully lifted orange blossom aromatics, unfolding into layers of amontillado sherry, roasted cashew, and fine cedar shavings. As it evolves in the glass, further notes of honey, maple syrup, dark chocolate and warming spice emerge, showcasing exceptional aromatic depth and purity.
The palate begins with a gentle white pepper warmth, quickly softened by the richness of intense French oak, which builds impressive texture through the mid-palate. Caramel and medium toffee flavours arrive first, before deepening into walnut, raisin, maple spice and elegant oak tannin. The finish is long, smooth, clean and beautifully fresh, leaving a lasting impression of finesse and maturity.
