A bold new chapter for Australia’s oldest craft distillery, St Agnes Bartenders Cut is a modern Australian brandy crafted for cocktails and created by bartenders, for bartenders.
Developed in collaboration with ten of Australia’s leading bartenders, this innovative release was designed to deliver exceptional structure, flavour and length in cocktails. The result is a rich, robust and distinctly Australian mixing brandy, purpose-built to elevate classics like the Brandy Old Fashioned, Sidecar, Brandy Alexander or contemporary signature serves.
Crafted from Colombard, Chardonnay and Doradillo grapes, the spirit is matured in a carefully selected combination of ex-wine, tawny and sherry casks, building remarkable complexity and cocktail versatility.
The flavour profile is unapologetically bold, layered with luxurious Christmas cake fruit, chocolate-dipped orange, ripe apricot and dark dried fruits, all framed by rich oak influence. Bottled at an elevated 44% ABV, this higher-strength Australian brandy delivers the intensity, richness and length needed to shine through premium mixed drinks.
