Whisky Mignonette
To accompany a plate of freshly shucked oysters
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Camborne Whisky
- 2 tablespoons finely diced shallots
- 2 tablespoons chardonnay vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon maldon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground fresh black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- Optional: salmon roe caviar to garnish & fresh seaweed
