Whisky Mignonette

To accompany a plate of freshly shucked oysters

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Camborne Whisky
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced shallots
  • 2 tablespoons chardonnay vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon maldon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground fresh black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Optional: salmon roe caviar to garnish & fresh seaweed
