Tom Collins
Cool down with this classic gin and citrus drink
Ingredients
- 30ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
- Juice of half a lemon
- 60ml soda water
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- Lemon slice
- Ice
- A large lemon wedge to garnish
Method
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar and Blind Tiger to a clean highball glass and stir. Add plenty of cubed ice and stir again. Top with soda water and stir for a final time. Garnish with the lemon slice then serve.
