Cool down with this classic gin and citrus drink
Ingredients
- 60ml Blind Tiger Organic Mandarin Gin
- 30 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- 15ml Egg whites
- Ice
- Lemon peel to garnish
Method
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, ice, sugar syrup, egg whites and Blind Tiger mandarin gin to a cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients and strain into a tall cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon peel then serve.
