A delightful cocktail combining gin with a hint of lime and mint and subtle sweetness.
- 60ml Blind Tiger gin
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 4 Mint Leaves
Method
Shake all ingredients and double strain. Pour into cocktail coupe (no ice) and garnish with a mint leaf on rim of coupe.
