Pineapple and Gin Frozen Cocktail
Sweet juicy and delicious – make sure your pineapple is fresh and perfectly ripe.
- Recipe below serves 6
- 3 cups pineapple pieces frozen – use fresh pineapple and freeze prior.
- 180ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
- 60ml simple syrup
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- Soda Water
- Crushed Ice
Method
Combine gin, simple syup, lime and pineapple juices in a large jug and stir. Add frozen pineapple pieces and quickly blitz with a stick blender. Distribute evenly amongst six tall glasses and top with crushed ice and soda water.
