Lychee & Passion Fruit Ritz

Ingredients

• 60ml / 2oz St Agnes XO Brandy
• 30ml / 1oz lychee syrup
• 20ml / ¾oz guava nectar
• 15ml / ½oz lemon juice, fresh
• 15ml / ½oz sugar syrup
• Ice

Method

A tasty tropical blend of lemon, lychee and guava juice shaken with brandy and ice. Just as good as an exotic holiday! Shake and strain all ingredients into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
