Gin Mint Julip
Our Gin in complemented by beautiful fresh mint and lime in this drink.
Ingredients
- 8 mint leaves
- 30ml simple syrup
- 60ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
- Crushed ice – needs to be crushed
- Fresh lime
Method
Place mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of a large glass. Muddle the mint lightly to release the mint oil. Fill the glass completely with crushed ice and pour the gin over the ice. Add more crushed ice to top up. Garnish with a lime wedge before a light swirl.
