Dating back to World War 1 this classic celebratory cocktail combining organic gin and champagne.
Ingredients
- 30ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 30ml Champagne
Method
In a cocktail shaker combine gin, lemon and sugar syrup and shake well. Double strain into a flute glass and top up with Champagne. Garnish with long piece of lemon peel draped over the edge of flute.
