Coco Gin Punch

Take dinner party cocktails to a new level – by serving this one in coconut shells.


  • (Serves 8-12)
  • 1 bottle 750ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
  • 6 cups of coconut water
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 dry curacao liqueur
  • Ice
  • Mint sprigs and lime wedges to garnish
  • 8-12 coconut shells


Dissolve the sugar into the coconut water.  Once dissolved add all other ingredients to a jug and stir.  Serve over ice with mint sprigs and lime wedges.
