Classic Gin Martini
Shaken or stirred, however you like it.
Ingredients
- 60ml Blind Tiger Organic Gin
- 15ml dry vermouth
- 1 olive on cocktail skewer
Method
Fill a chilled mixing glass with ice and combine gin and vermouth. Stir to chill for 15-20 seconds. Strain into chilled Martini glass. Garnish with an olive. Add a dash of olive brine to make it dirty.
