Apricot Sidecar
Add a touch of freshness and summer to this traditional brandy cocktail to really get the party started as the sun goes down.
Ingredients
- 40ml St Agnes Bartenders Cut
- 20ml Marionette Apricot Brandy
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 20ml 1:1 Simple Syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with a skewered dried apricot and mint leaf.
